Introduction
Welcome to Vellora. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all services provided by Vellora (“we”, “us”, “our”), including AI-generated product visuals, editorial imagery, video assets, and related creative services. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Vellora specialises in creating high-quality, AI-generated campaign visuals for fashion labels, beauty brands, skincare companies, and other consumer-facing businesses. All deliverables are produced using proprietary AI workflows combined with professional human oversight and retouching.
Service Packages
Vellora offers three standard packages and one custom tier. Each package defines the scope of deliverables, the number of selectable AI models, usage rights, and delivery timelines.
2.1 Starter - 399€

2.4 Custom Prokect - Price on Request
For clients requiring a fully bespoke visual system, Vellora offers Custom Projects. These are scoped individually following a short creative consultation. Custom Projects may include bespoke AI talent, brand-specific environments, campaign-ready assets across multiple formats, and dedicated creative direction. Final scope, deliverables, revision allowances, and pricing are determined during the consultation phase and confirmed in a separate project agreement.
Revisions and Rework Policy
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds to ensure you are satisfied with the final output. Revisions operate on a token-based system: each image counts as 1 revision token, and each video counts as 3 revision tokens. You may allocate your available tokens freely between images and videos within each round.
3.1 Revision Allowances
Starter: 1 revision round with 5 revision tokens. You may revise up to 5 of your 15 delivered images.
Studio: 1 revision round with 15 revision tokens. You may allocate these tokens freely across images and videos. For example, you could revise 15 images, or 5 video loops, or any combination (e.g. 9 images and 2 video loops).
Enterprise: 2 revision rounds. Round 1 provides 25 revision tokens; Round 2 provides 15 revision tokens. Tokens may be allocated freely across images and videos within each round. Important: assets revised in Round 2 must be the same assets (or a subset thereof) that were revised in Round 1. Round 2 is intended for further refinement of previously revised work, not for revising entirely new assets.
Custom: As defined in the individual project agreement.
3.2 Revision Token System
The token system allows flexibility in how you use your revision allowance:
- 1 image revision = 1 token. Request changes to angle, lighting, pose, retouching, background, or composition.
- 1 video revision = 3 tokens. Request changes to a video loop, including timing, movement, environment, or visual quality adjustments.
Tokens cannot be carried over between revision rounds (Enterprise) or saved for future projects. Unused tokens expire upon final delivery acceptance or 14 days after the last delivered revision, whichever comes first.
3.3 What Counts as a Revision
A revision is any modification request to a previously delivered asset. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Changes to camera angle or framing
- Adjustments to lighting, colour grading, or mood
- Pose or expression modifications
- Background or environment swaps
- Retouching corrections (skin, product detail, texture)
- Compositional changes
- Video timing, movement, or loop adjustments
3.4 Revision Turnaround
Revision turnaround times are guided by the estimated delivery timelines of the respective package tier (72 hours for Starter, 48 hours for Studio, 24 hours for Enterprise). However, these timelines are estimates and cannot be fully guaranteed. Actual revision turnaround may vary depending on current production volume and the complexity of the requested changes. We will communicate any expected delays promptly via email.
3.5 Exceeding Revision Limits
Once all included revision tokens and rounds have been used, additional revisions may be requested at a supplementary fee. Pricing for additional revision work will be communicated upon request and must be agreed upon before work begins.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once production has commenced. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the deliverables are custom-created specifically for your project and cannot be resold or repurposed.
If you remain unsatisfied after exhausting all included revision rounds and tokens, we encourage you to reach out to our team directly. While we cannot guarantee additional free revisions beyond the included allowance, we are committed to finding a solution wherever reasonably possible.
In the rare event that Vellora is unable to deliver the agreed-upon assets within a reasonable timeframe due to circumstances within our control, a partial or full credit toward future services may be offered at our sole discretion.
Package Upgrades and Downgrades
5.1 Upgrades
You may upgrade to a higher-tier package at any point during an active project. The upgrade fee is calculated as the difference between your current package price and the new package price. Upon upgrading, you will receive the full deliverable allowance and revision rights of the new package, minus any assets already produced and revision rounds already used.
Upgrades take effect immediately and do not reset work already completed.
5.2 Downgrades
Downgrading to a lower-tier package is only possible under specific conditions:
- At least 70% of the total deliverables in your current package must remain unproduced at the time of the downgrade request.
- No more than 1 revision round has been used.
- The downgrade request must be submitted in writing via email.
If these conditions are met, a partial refund for the price difference will be issued, minus an administrative fee of €50. If the conditions are not met, the downgrade request will be declined and your current package remains in effect.
Downgrading is not available for Custom Projects.
Delivery Times
The delivery times stated for each package (72 hours for Starter, 48 hours for Studio, 24 hours for Enterprise) are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on current project volume, complexity of requested scenes, and other production factors.
In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email with an updated estimated delivery date. Delays do not entitle the client to a refund or discount unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revision turnaround times follow the same estimated timelines as initial delivery for the respective package tier, subject to the same variability noted above.
Usage Rights and Intellectual Property
7.1 Licence Grant
Upon full payment and final delivery, Vellora grants you a licence to use the delivered assets in accordance with the rights specified in your selected package:
- Starter: Web and social media usage rights. Assets may be used on your website, social media channels, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Studio: Full commercial usage transfer. Assets may be used across all media, including print, packaging, retail, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Enterprise: Unlimited usage rights. Assets may be used without restriction across all formats, territories, and durations.
- Custom: As defined in the individual project agreement.
7.2 Restrictions
Regardless of package, you may not sublicence, resell, or redistribute the raw or unedited assets to third parties. Assets may not be used to train competing AI models or systems. The AI models (virtual characters) used in your campaign remain the intellectual property of Vellora and may not be replicated, recreated, or used outside the scope of the delivered assets.
7.3 Ownership of AI Models
All AI-generated characters (“virtual models”) in the Vellora roster, including any individually created models for Enterprise or Custom clients, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Vellora. Clients receive a licence to use the delivered imagery featuring these models but do not acquire ownership of the model itself.
Portfolio and Showcase Disclaimer
Vellora may display sample work, case studies, and visual examples on its website, social media channels, and promotional materials for the purpose of demonstrating capabilities and attracting prospective clients.
Third-party brand references: Certain showcase materials on our website or portfolio may feature visual content created using existing brand identities, product imagery, or brand aesthetics for demonstration and template purposes only. These references are used solely to illustrate the quality and style of Vellora’s output and do not imply any commercial relationship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with the referenced brands.
If you are a representative of a brand featured in any of our showcase or portfolio materials and would like the content to be removed, please contact us at the email address provided in Section 13. We will promptly honour all legitimate removal requests.
For client projects: Vellora reserves the right to feature anonymised or cropped samples of delivered work in its portfolio and promotional materials, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to or at the time of placing an order.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth production process, clients are expected to:
- Provide clear and complete briefing information at the time of order, including any brand guidelines, reference imagery, preferred aesthetics, and specific requirements.
- Respond to revision queries and approval requests within 48 hours. Prolonged inactivity may result in delayed delivery.
- Ensure that all content, brand assets, and reference materials provided to Vellora do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Confidentiality
Vellora treats all client projects, briefings, and communications as confidential. We will not share your project details, brand information, or delivered assets with any third party without your prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Vellora’s total liability arising from or related to these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific package or project in question.
Vellora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or reputational harm, arising from the use or inability to use the delivered assets.
Amendments
Vellora reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already in progress.
Communication and Disputes
All formal communications, including downgrade requests, complaints, and dispute resolutions, must be submitted via email. Vellora will acknowledge all formal communications within 2 business days.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies.
